Dr. Thendo Mafuna is a South African scientist and academic currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Johannesburg, where he contributes to the advancement of molecular biology and bioinformatics education. He holds a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the University of Pretoria, an M.Sc. in Zoology (Bioinformatics and Genomics, Cum Laude) from North-West University, a B.Sc.
