Mrs. Guoqin Chang holds a Ph.D. in Cyberspace Security from the School of Cybersecurity at Xidian University and currently leads the Artificial Intelligence Research Group at Shaanxi KeKong Technology Industry Research Institute, while also serving as Technical Advisor to the Shaanxi Printing Science and Technology Research Institute. Over her career, Chang Guoqin has built expertise in natural language processing (NLP), domain-specific large language model deployment, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and adaptation of models, AI model security, detection of text generated by large language models, adversarial text attacks/defenses, and multimodal information fusion. Dr. Heung Youl Youm is a Professor Emeritus at Soonchunhyang University, Korea, and a leading expert in cybersecurity and privacy protection. Since September 2024, he has served as the Chairman of the Korea Chief Privacy Officer Council (KCPO) and was previously a Commissioner for the Personal Information Protection Commission in Korea (2020–2023). Internationally, he is a Vice-Chair of ITU-T TSAG for the 2025–2028 study period and was Chair of ITU-T SG17 on security (2017–2024), contributing significantly to ITU-T standardization since 2003. His career began at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) in 1982, where he developed high-speed transmission systems. Transitioning to academia in 1990, he became a professor in the Department of Information Security Engineering at Soonchunhyang University and, in 2024, the Director of the SCH Cybersecurity Research Centre. He has held key advisory roles for the Office of National Security, the Ministry of Interior and Safety, and other Korean government agencies, contributing to national cybersecurity policies. His leadership extends to the ISMS/PIMS certification committee since 2007 and the information security committee for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games. A graduate of Hanyang University, he holds a Bachelor’s (1981), Master’s (1983), and Ph.D. (1990) in Electronics Engineering. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, he has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Order of Service Merit (Red Stripes) in 2024, the Service Merit Medal in 2020, and the Lifetime Achievement Award from AsiaJCIS in 2019.
