Dr. Fang-Hsing Wang is a distinguished scholar in the field of optoelectronics and electrical engineering, currently serving as the Director of the Graduate Institute of Optoelectronics at National Chung Hsing University. He has been a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Graduate Institute of Optoelectronics at the same institution since February 2017, following a successful tenure as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Dr. Wang earned his Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in 1997.
