Carolina del Valle Soto is a distinguished researcher and professor in the field of telecommunications, specializing in wireless and wired networks, programming, and security she currently resides in Guadalajara, Mexico. She earned her Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2015, where she was recognized as Valedictorian and received an Excellence Scholarship.
